Ace Nguyen was born in Vietnam and came to the US at the age of five. Raised in Orange County, a bi-lingual local resident in California, who truly knows and loves the city he is able to offer his clients the competitive advantage of thoroughly understanding the distinct communities throughout Southern California and, through personal and business relationships, has cultivated a network of buyers, sellers and investors that have fueled his business.

Ace is a go getter and will go out his way to make sure his clients get what they need, always putting the best interest of home buyers and sellers above monetary goals. A California native, Ace loves to try new food, travel to exciting places, collecting the best Hennessy Limited Edition has to offer, enjoys drinking wine, creating delicious cocktails, and playing poker. Ace had a successful career in management for 10 years at one of LA’s largest casinos, “The Garden Casino”, where he worked as a Floorman before embarking on his real estate journey. He also played a key role in the launch of Aum Beer House, an Asian-fusion restaurant on historic Main Street in the heart of Garden Grove, before transitioning to real estate as a full-time profession.

His number one priority is his family since he is the only child. No matter how difficult life can get, he always feels happy, blessed and proud that he was brought up with deep rooted principles and values. Ace father would say it best, “You have ONE life to live.
